Product principle
Core Bending Operation: The independently developed double-sided material thickness adjustment mechanism adjusts the gap between the folding knife and the lower bending knife blades in real time to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses, avoiding crushing or uneven creases. The special T-shaped lead screw can change the arc curvature of the folding knife blade and automatically memorize the deflection parameters according to the workpiece requirements, ensuring bending precision.
Automated Process: After the suction cup device accurately grabs and positions the workpiece, the CNC system controls the movement of the cutting tools according to the preset parameters. After bending is completed, the finished product can be automatically conveyed through the additional blanking device.
